A well-established hotel group in Madrid is seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Sales Executive to support revenue growth across corporate, leisure, and group segments. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive sales professional with experience in hospitality to develop their career within a competitive and international market.The RoleReporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining key client relationships, and supporting the execution of the hotel’s sales and commercial strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively identify, target, and secure new corporate, leisure, and group businessManage and develop relationships with existing clients, agencies, and travel partnersConduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, and hotel show-roundsPrepare and follow up on proposals, contracts, and rate negotiationsSupport the implementation of sales plans to maximise occupancy and revenueMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategiesMaintain accurate records and reporting using CRM and internal systemsRepresent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and industry functionsCandidate ProfilePrevious sales experience within the hotel or wider hospitality sectorStrong understanding of corporate, MICE, or leisure sales channelsConfident communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skillsTarget-driven, commercially aware, and highly organisedAble to work independently while contributing to a wider sales teamFluent Spanish is essential; professional English requiredWhat’s on OfferCompetitive base salary with performance-related commissionOpportunity to work with a respected hotel brand in MadridCareer development and progression within a growing organisationDynamic, international working environment
