Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining key client relationships, and supporting the execution of the hotel's sales and commercial strategy. Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, and hotel show-rounds Support the implementation of sales plans to maximise occupancy and revenue Maintain accurate records and reporting using CRM and internal systems Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions Previous sales experience within the hotel or wider hospitality sector Strong understanding of corporate, MICE, or leisure sales channels Able to work independently while contributing to a wider sales team Fluent Spanish is essential; professional English required Competitive base salary with performance-related commission Opportunity to work with a respected hotel brand in Madrid
