Responsibilities*
Our Associates are responsible for supporting our sales teams with bid preparation in order to drive revenue from a portfolio of new and existing accounts. Associates provide support in the preparation of incoming proposals/quotes from new and existing clients by checking feasibility, contacting vendors, performing desk research, setting up system templates and evaluating prices.

Key Tasks*
- Setting up new quotations on the bid tool system.
- Updating CRM systems with client details and pipeline statuses.
- Feasibility assessments based on internal capabilities and tools.
- Contacting vendors for external capability assessment.
- Pricing evaluation, value addition, and follow-up.

Skills & qualifications: *
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably Business Administration, Economics, or Social Sciences
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Strong computer working capabilities in MS Office
- Proactivity with a good understanding of client service
- Excellent Numerical ability
- Excellent organizational and time planning skills with a solid attention to details
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to balance and prioritize multi-tasks, set priorities
- Ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines
- Experience in Client Services, sales or market research advantageous
