**Position**:
This is a key role in our team and be the key point of contact for Talent Acquisition for our tech teams and will coach and advise on market conditions and recruitment best practise. The Talent Partner will also set SLA's and keep stakeholders involved in the process and provide hiring data to the business.

Within the role previous skills and experience will be used to share knowledge with our talent leadership team, mentor team members and on employer branding.

**Requirements**:
Strong experience in Talent Acquisition within a Tech environment

Strong sourcing skills, savvy with using social media, databases and other recruitment strategies

Experience in partnering with business stakeholders to fulfil with recruitment needs and communicate across all levels of a business up to C-level

Strong ability to conduct interviews

Have a good understanding of Employer Branding
