Join the global team that drives maintaining Avanade’s position as the most certified Microsoft partner in the world as our Certification Data & Operations Specialist supporting programs which help over 7000 employees advance their careers through certification each year. In this role you will help define our overall data and analytics strategy, evolve data, reporting, and learner help desk processes and partner with business and IT stakeholders throughout Avanade, Accenture, and Microsoft to support Avanade’s ambitious growth plans. Our team is highly data driven and this role is an opportunity to support our impact across all levels of Avanade from the certification activity and experience of our consultants, through the decisions of our capability and talent community leads, to the strategic direction of our executive committee and board of directors. **Responsibilities**: Certification Data Management - Ensure certification team has up to date information through daily/weekly/monthly ingestion and transformation of data from a variety of partner organizations - Ensure ongoing accuracy of Accenture and Avanade certification libraries through certification lifecycle management Certification Analysis & Reporting - Support stakeholder communications with insights into regional and talent community performance towards certification objectives - Perform ad-hoc analysis in response to stakeholder inquiries - Build and maintain Excel and Power BI reports to support evolving business processes and objectives Certification Support - Troubleshoot issues raised by learners and stakeholders - Partner with Global Helpdesk to define guidance and escalation paths for common scenarios Process Management - Define, document, and manage core certification data, reporting, and support processes in collaboration with partner organizations - Drive operational efficiency and scale by automating processes where possible - Ownership of the certification data and operations backlog You are a critical thinker with a passion for learning and creating innovative solutions and: - Are Microsoft certified as a Data Analyst Associate and have related work experience - Have a passion for empowering others with data - Can demonstrate experience with backlog and stakeholder management - Enjoy ramping up on new technologies to expand your breadth of expertise - Have a "consultant" mindset - a keen and curious learner, who enjoys versatility, change and a quick pace - Are a strong observer and listener who can provide concise constructive feedback - Have excellent communication skills - verbal, written and presentation Additional Information
