**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Senior **Data Analyst** professional who loves to transmit his/her passion for web technologies and big data projects. You will consult internal stakeholders by leveraging data insights. You will be the interface between the product team and the business. You are a good fit, if you are a sharp mind that gathers insights and turns them into business value.

You have a **strong analytical mindset and are a great communicator** to convey your insights.

**Roles & Responsibilities in your day-to-day activities you will**:

- Consult internal stakeholders on using data to gain meaningful insights
- Collaborate with members of the digital, product marketing, and business stakeholders to provide actionable insights on the performance of digital channels.
- Guide product marketers in identifying key performance indicators for their areas and build appropriate reporting that provides insight into the performance of initiatives within each area.
- Derive actionable consumer insights from trends observed data and reports for the business owners and stakeholders
- Extract existing data to calculate/format into presentable reports, charts, and graphs
- Examine and evaluate the purpose and content of business reports to develop new or improve existing format
- Design, build and implement new report formats and layouts on a customized basis as requested by the process owners
- Validation and clean-up of the production data. Individual productivity tracking and scorecard preparation
- Create automated anomaly detection systems and constant tracking of its performance.
- Ensure the accuracy of the reports
- Continuously work with product teams and improve the product
- Responsible for product reporting and guiding team along with Product Owner
- Consult on projects with respect to tracking and measuring all desired on and offline touchpoints.
- Advocate customers through the creation of Analytics, Data Management and Customer Data Platform solutions.
- ** Added advantage**:

- Experience in Tag Management with the ability to read and write code
- Model business processes in data architecture for analysis and optimization
- Workshop attendance - online, as well as some onsite travel required.

**Qualifications**:
**Required Skills**:

- 5 years of experience as Data Analyst
- Products, MS Power BI, Google Data Studio / Looker
- Basic understanding of SQL and queering data to derive insights for business
- Good communication skills (verbal and written) and Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Report writing, presentation and insight generation
- Creating Dashboards in (Excel, PowerBI, Google Data Studio etc.)
- Understanding of Marketing needs
- Data Science interface
