We are currently looking for a Digital data analyst within the Marketing Intelligence team. If you love creating data-driven decisions to drive an excellent customer experience for several SD Worx brands (with initial focus on SD Worx Academy), we want you on our team
The role requires someone who is self-motivated with a cutting-edge attitude and loves (digital) data.
As a digital data analyst you will help our organization to make data-driven decisions the norm.
You will create a culture that encourages critical thinking and curiosity and ensures that our decisions, from the tactical to the strategic, are always supported by data. You will relieve all the pains in the user journeys, maximize conversion and engagement rates across all our digital channels. You will work closely with the different stakeholders.

**What do you have to offer?**
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience within a digital marketing environment - You are fluent in English
- You have strong knowledge of web analytics (GA4), CRO. - Experience in E-Commerce is a plus.
- You have reporting knowledge of our most important digital channels: Google Ads, Meta, linkedin.
- You have experience with cloud-based technologies such as Google Big Query, Snowflake. Or are willing to learn.
- Having experience with Salesforce/Pardot is a plus.
- You have a can do mentality.
- You love telling datadriven stories to stakeholders with different levels of digital maturity.
- Ability and willingness to learn and explore the new possibilities of data within the organization
**Which task can you expect?**
- You gradually understand our businesses and our customers inside out.
- You are a real digital data sparring partner for the business owners.
- You carry out analytical projects from A to Z. From requirements gathering to telling the story to our stakeholders. Within the SD Worx organization you are the CRO Expert.
- You proactively analyse painpoints of our customers and make improvement suggestions.
- You create real insights in our different user journeys and do suggestions for improvement.
- You are of of the ambassador of the official available dashboards for our marketing stakeholders. How to use them and gather feedback and requirements on how to improve on them. You keep up to date with the latest innovative trends concerning digital analytics and digital marketing.
