The Team

The Role

The Work You’ll Do
- Develop and implement employer brand marketing strategies to attract and retain top talent across different regions and business functions.
- Grow the
- Support on content creation for internal and external marketing campaigns to drive engagement and optimization of initiatives including Celonis’ referral program, learning & development, internal mobility, etc.
- Keep careers site content updated with latest information on Celonis teams and culture initiatives, aligned to our EVP pillars.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Communications, and Marketing teams to align messaging and amplify employer brand initiatives.
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights, continuously improving our talent marketing strategy.
- Support global Talent Acquisition leaders by providing strategic guidance, tools, and content to elevate their hiring efforts.

What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in employer branding, talent marketing, recruitment marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing strategies.
- Experience creating engaging content across multiple formats, including written, visual, and design.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Passion for talent acquisition and employer branding, with a creative and strategic mindset.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
