Esta oportunidad es para ti Como Internal Communications & Brand Engagement Specialist , serás la voz que une a nuestros equipos y la mente creativa detrás de las estrategias que nos posicionan como empleador preferido. Tu misión será que cada colaborador se sienta parte de algo grande y que nuestra marca brille tanto dentro como fuera. ¿Qué harás en tu día a día? Apoyar en la creación y ejecución de campañas internas que refuercen nuestra cultura y propuesta de valor. Colaborar en la elaboración de contenidos para canales internos y redes sociales, asegurando que sean atractivos y coherentes. Participar en la organización de eventos y acciones que mejoren la experiencia del empleado. Realizar el seguimiento de métricas para evaluar el impacto de las iniciativas àra apoyar la toma de decisiones. Dar soporte en programas de Employee Advocacy, fomentando que los colaboradores sean embajadores de marca. Coordinar con equipos internos en la definición de campañas integradas que refuercen la identidad y reputación corporativa Lo que buscamos en ti Formación universitaria en Comunicación, Marketing, Recursos Humanos, Psicología Organizacional o carreras afines. Valorable formación de postgrado en Employer Branding, Comunicación Interna o áreas relacionadas. Experiencia profesional mínima de 3 años en roles relacionados con employer branding, comunicación interna, marketing digital o gestión de marca empleadora, preferiblemente en entornos multinacionales o corporativos. Conocimientos en gestión de redes sociales y análisis digital, plataformas de employee advocacyy engagement , técnicas de storytellingy redacción para diferentes públicos. Inglés B2 Manejo avanzado de herramientas ofimáticas (especialmente Power Point y Excel) y experiencia con sistemas de gestión de comunicación, plataformas de employee advocacyy herramientas digitales de marketing interno.
