**What You Will Bring to the Team**:
As the Manager of Internal Communications & Talent Experience, you will be a strategic partner and storyteller responsible for designing and scaling a world-class internal communications strategy, while curating meaningful employee experiences that enhance culture, connection, and belonging across our global organization.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Lead the internal communications strategy across all regions, aligning messaging with business priorities and company values.
- Oversee a global calendar of employee engagement initiatives, campaigns, and experiences that foster inclusion, recognition, and team connectivity.
- Partner with the People Team to enhance key moments in the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, anniversaries, culture weeks, and talent recognition programs.
- Manage and mentor a small but agile team of specialists and/or interns supporting communications and engagement delivery.
- Own the tone, voice, and consistency of internal messages across platforms including Slack, Mailchimp, Notion, and All-Hands sessions.
- Serve as an advisor to senior leaders on messaging strategy, change communications, and narrative development.
- Establish KPIs and regularly analyze data to assess program effectiveness, employee sentiment, and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with Brand and Marketing to ensure internal and external messaging alignment, particularly during company milestones and announcements.
- Lead the planning and execution of large-scale events and initiatives including Culture Month, DEI activations, and internal campaigns that reflect our values.

**Requirements**:

- 10+ years of experience in Internal Communications, Employee Engagement, Employer Branding, or related People roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Exceptional writing skills with an eye for detail and clarity.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to summarize and interpret information effectively.
- Sensitivity and awareness when communicating with internal audiences.
- Familiarity with communication tools, especially Mailchimp and Slack, is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across levels and geographies.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling ability in English and Spanish, with a keen eye for voice, tone, and audience nuance.
- Proven experience designing and executing employee-facing campaigns or programs in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Familiarity with tools such as Mailchimp, Slack, Notion, and survey platforms (e.g. Culture Amp, Qualtrics).
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and project management.
- Empathy, cultural awareness, and a passion for creating meaningful, inclusive experiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, HR, Organizational Psychology, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
