THE JOB-
-As **Internal Communications & Engagement Manager for SBF Iberia**, you will act as a strategic bridge between leadership and employees, ensuring clarity, trust, and engagement. In 2026, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering communications that drive understanding and adoption across the organization. Beyond transformation, you’ll champion our culture, fostering pride and belonging.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-
-- Lead strategic transformation communications, including organizational changes.
- Translate business and SBFE strategy into clear, relevant messages for Iberia audiences.
- Design and deliver impactful Market Townhalls (4 per year + 1 factory).
- Equip leaders and managers with messaging frameworks and toolkits.
- Act as a trusted advisor for major initiatives.
- Localize Suntory Group and SBFE initiatives for Iberia.
- Orchestrate internal information flow to maintain focus and avoid overload.
- Enable non-priority functions to communicate autonomously through templates and frameworks.
- Drive awareness and adoption of engagement tools.

- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring communication impact.
- Digital and design-savvy, with hands-on experience in tools like Canva and video creation.
- High fluency in English (and strong translation skills).
