As a Global Employer Brand Manager at WTW, you’ll shape how we attract, engage and inspire talent around the world.From defining global strategy to launching impactful campaigns, you’ll lead initiatives that showcase our culture, amplify our colleague stories and strengthen WTW’s position as an employer of choice across 140+ countries and markets.Join a collaborative, curious and bold global team that’s redefining what employer branding can achieve.The RoleAs Global Employer Brand Manager, you will :Strategy & Project LeadershipCo-develop and continuously evolve WTW’s global employer brand strategy for both Experienced Hires and Early Careers.Serve as project lead for global initiatives, managing timelines, deliverables and cross-functional coordination.Collaborate closely with HR, Recruitment and Brand to ensure alignment and impact.Creative & Campaign DevelopmentCo-develop creative concepts and campaign ideas that tell authentic stories about life at WTW.Partner with internal teams to produce brand-consistent, visually compelling content, from videos to digital assets.Create and localize assets for global and regional use, adapting for diverse audiences and platforms.Content, Channels & ToolsCreate and publish social media, blog and video content that reflects our culture and values.Manage and enhance our employer brand SharePoint and asset library as a global resource hub for the team.Lead email marketing and talent community campaigns to engage and convert prospective candidates.Measurement & ReportingDevelop reports to measure global and regional campaign performance. xsgfvud Use analytics tools (LinkedIn, Meta, Google Analytics, Power BI) to evaluate impact and optimize future campaigns.#J-18808-Ljbffr
