**Your role and work environment**:
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic **Recruitment & Employer Branding Expert** to join our **Recruitment & Employer Branding Team** of **Talent & Learning Expert Unit.**

**Your key responsibilities**:
As a **Recruitment & Employer Branding Expert** you will:
Help hiring managers defining their recruitment needs and the best strategy to approach them.

Efficiently and effectively fill open positions of those needs.

From day one, you'll be entrusted with the entire recruitment lifecycle including: sourcing applicants to offer stage, managing stakeholders and meeting with them on a regular basis to provide proactive updates.

Select appropriate tools and channels of recruitment, allowing the employment of the staff.

Initial screening of applicants, telephone, and face-to-face interviews.

Living within their ecosystem you will provide regular feedback to hiring managers.

Create long term relationship with key talent communities/niches on the technical arena.

Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-Art recruiting practices.

Raise and increase the brand awareness in the market and inside the company.

Work the employer brand trough digital platforms in collaboration with the marketing and communications teams.

Improve the reputation and the positioning of the brand participating in certifications, recognitions, and events.
