1. Responsible for the daily operation and communication of service providers to ensure timely delivery of spare parts, and deal with the abnormal cases;
2. Responsible for communicating with service providers to implement stocktaking, clarify discrepancy and inventory adjustment
3. Check WOs data among 3 systems to make all WOs data align among 3 systems.
4. Organize and schedule daily or weekly meeting with customer, collect the feedback from customer and solve customer complaint.
5. Check the monthly bill with the service provider, and follow up the payment to be proceed within the payment term;
6. Arrange defective parts return, good parts call back & solve abnormal SO;
7. Responsible for department KPI;
8. Able to provide suggestions to improve the work process and customer satisfaction;9. Finish the tasks properly, which assigned by team leader.
Tareas

**Requisitos**:
1. Good Communication Skill; Out of box thinking; Logical thinking ability; Can-do attitude; Work independently
2. Being patient and keeping an eye on details are extremely important
3. With over 1 year working experience for customer after sales area;
4. Proficient English at least with C1 level; fluently Chinese speaking would be preferred;
5. Know well with Microsoft Office, good at excel, familiar with query or power BI preferred;
