En Icalia Solutions buscamos un Service Delivery Manager con sólido background técnico para liderar la entrega de servicios tecnológicos, actuando como puente entre las áreas de negocio, equipos técnicos y Project Managers. Esta posición es clave para asegurar la excelencia operativa, la satisfacción del cliente interno/externo y la alineación de la tecnología con los objetivos estratégicos del negocio, dentro de un contexto de organización internacional en plena transformación tecnológica. La modalidad es 100% Teletrabajo. ¿Qué funciones harás? Gestionar y asegurar la entrega eficiente de servicios IT, cumpliendo con los SLAs y KPIs acordados. Ser el punto de contacto principal entre los equipos técnicos, negocio y gestión de proyectos. Traducir necesidades de negocio en requerimientos técnicos claros y viables. Supervisar y coordinar la resolución de incidencias y problemas críticos (problem management). Participar en la planificación y evolución de los servicios IT, incluyendo la mejora continua. Asegurar el alineamiento con las metodologías utilizadas por los socios, cumpliendo con los estándares de arquitectura, datos, seguridad y calidad. Gestionar proveedores externos y asegurar la calidad del servicio prestado. Apoyar en la toma de decisiones estratégicas basadas en conocimiento técnico y de negocio. Elaborar reportes periódicos de estado del servicio y planes de acción. ¿Qué buscamos en ti?
