**Job Description**:
- Creating studio decoration mockups and mood boards;
- Sourcing and procurement of studio decorations;
- Creating cost estimates for promotion projects and approving with clients/stakeholders;
- Creating studio decorations and interior design elements using various materials;
- Decorating the gaming floors for special events;
- Keeping track of inventory and maintaining order in storage spaces;
- Coordinating decoration assistants by assigning tasks related to promotion/decoration projects;
- Coordinating promotional activities and cooperating with all involved internal departments, corporate clients, outside agencies, production services & suppliers;
- Supervising promotion/decoration projects and assuring quality standards;
- Executing promotion/decoration projects within set deadlines;
- Active client consultancy on promotional activities and projects (verbal and written);
- Creativity and willingness to come up with new promotion concepts and ideas;
- Preparing and sending promotion reports to corporate clients to be used to credit players with bonuses;
- Producing, analyzing promotional reports / co-operation with data team;
- Constant evaluation of promotion campaigns to improve efficiency;
- Conducting analysis of competitor activity with regards to Live Casino
promotions;
- Consult and support all Evolution studios in all matters related to
promotions;
- Assisting Promotions Manager with daily tasks;
- Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications;
- Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves and other absences. Replacement takes place during working time, and it is not considered as additional work;
**Qualifications**:
- Arts and crafts skills (creating studio decorations and interior design elements using various techniques and materials);
- Advanced English (both spoken and written);
- Experience and knowledge of Customer Service principles;
- Basic knowledge in Project management;
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and a desire to learn;
- Creative skills;
- Active enrollment in a local university or college pursuing a degree in graphic design, interior design; arts; experience with Graphic Design or 3D Design software will be considered as advantage (Adobe Photoshop; Illustrator, Google SketchUp);
- Good multitasking skills;
- Stress management skills;
- Planning, arranging and prioritizing competence;
- Presentation skills;
- Flexible hours
- Strong interest and passion for online Casino and online gaming products;
- Good computer skills;
- Good knowledge of MS Excel;
