EDUCARE Proctor Bureau (EPB) is a department within Medical Education, dedicated to support Health Care Professional training for new advanced technologies. The core objective of this team is to organize the physicians activities to ensure a smooth execution of a train the trainer program where a physician expert is used as a consultant to train a physician in training, in compliance with European and local rules and regulations.

The role will be based either in Madrid, Milan or Paris.

**About the role**

The EPB Coordinator will be responsible for enabling key business and commercial objectives through the:

- Support and manage the physician activities in the organization- Support the Divisional integration
- Become point of reference for EPB and E Care IT integration into Boston Scientific

**Responsibilities will include**
- (60%) Support the organization the Physicians activity:

- Plan and Perform Physicians activity & travel logistics with Boston Scientific Therapy Representatives, Travel Agency & other partners.
- Manage the Physicians’ days request across Europe, Middle east, Africa as well as managing the proctor’s availability agenda.
- Contribute to accelerating the exit of doctors in training, in compliance with regulatory rules.
- (30%) Support in management a pool of proctors:

- Contract & invoicing with a pool of Physicians according to internal rules and regulations
- Prepare Activity accruals and Physicians’ invoices with supporting documentation and in accordance with internal compliance rules.
- Process and keep track of invoices, purchase orders.
- Ensure logistics and communication when organizing meetings involving proctors
- (10%) Follow up on Health Care Professionals’ certification in eCare Platform:

- Update Physicians information in eCare platform
- Collect and report any discrepancies, bugs in eCare

**What we’re looking for in you**

Key competencies include Relationship Building and Collaboration, Processes development and optimization.

**Key Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor or Master-Degree in Communication, Sales & Marketing or related fields- Experience in Medical Device Industry with previous experience in Medical Education programs and familiarity with Training methods is a plus
- Fluent in English and depending on your location, either French/Spanish/Italian, any other language is a plus.
- Experience with Event organization or coordination, analysis and support of Platforms (such as Sales Cloud, SharePoint)
- Process development and optimization mindset
- Customer facing experience with the ability to remain calm under pressure in dealing with issues in a professional manner
- Team player
