Learning & Development HR Partner

We are looking for a talented Learning & Development HR Partner to join our Global HR Team.

This person will have primary responsibility for hosting our two-day, welcome-to-Clarivate (Illuminate) onboarding live/virtual training program for all new joiners in the EMEA region.

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Human Resources, Organizational Learning or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- General knowledge/experience in Human Resources topics and processes
- Experience coordinating projects with multi based teams
- Excellent command of English and Spanish. Additional language skills will be valued

- Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities and organize/plan accordingly
- Ability to liaison effectively with leaders and teams from all across the enterprise and partner with HR/Talent Acquisition colleagues
- Strong attention to detail, conscientiousness and initiative
- Experience on coordinating Onboarding process across EMEA will be preferred

What will you be doing in this role?
- Host and facilitate a two-day live/virtual “Welcome to Clarivate” workshop in EMEA region
- Work closely with our Illuminate program coordinator and manager to ensure that all necessary pre-onboarding steps have been successfully completed for each new hire
- Coordinate your workshop preparation and delivery efforts with our Illuminate program manager (and other HR Colleagues as relevant) to ensure successful delivery of the two-day live/virtual workshop
- Ensure participants are prepared to take full advantage of Clarivate’s online/self-service resources and key contacts for all logistics pertinent to onboarding - upon completion of their first two days
- Maintain, update and create new content segments as agreed upon with our Illuminate program coordinator & manager on an ongoing basis. Review current content quarterly to ensure accuracy and alignment with corporate initiatives
- Maintain the targeted program metrics (e.g., quality and applicability ratings, net promoter scores, etc.) to ensure the quality of the program delivery
- Make recommendations to our Illuminate program coordinator and manager concerning automation and streamlining operational logistics, to ensure an effective and efficient program delivery
- Design and/or deliver other learning and development modules as needed and as the schedule allows on a wide variety of professional development topics (e.g., leadership, managing time and priorities, emotional intelligence, etc.)

- You’ll be part of our Global HR Team of more than 150 colleagues

Hours of Work

This role is 40 hours per week EU hours and we offer a full-time permanent contract. Hybrid, going to the office in central Barcelona (next to Sagrada Familia) 1-3 times per week
