Partner Development Lead

At Factorial , we're seeking a Partner Development Lead for the Spanish Market to elevate our company. The partners team is in its early stages, offering opportunities to define processes, grow, and help build a new business unit Are you ready for the challenge? The Role: Identify new potential partners and manage the full sales cycle to onboard them into our partners program. Build strong relationships with partners aligned with our HR focus (selling, implementing, supporting Factorial). Serve as the primary contact for several partners. Conduct regular meetings (cold calls, video calls, demos) with partners and clients, updating them on products and resolving issues. Collect feedback to identify pain points and opportunities to develop our partnership channel. Collaborate daily with internal teams, including SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Leadership. Your Profile: Hungry, persistent, with a hunter mentality , and ready to hustle. 4-6 years experience in Sales/B2B within SaaS or digital transformation sectors. Excellent communication skills and quick empathy. Proactive, with a tendency to propose new ideas. Native Spanish speaker. Fluent in English. Bonus Points: Experience building a Business Unit/team from scratch. Background in partnership or channel sales. Knowledge of HR, Software, or Payroll. Experience in full cycle B2B sales. Experience working with SMBs.
