They sum up what we stand for, influence our culture, and drive how and why we do things.How you will create an impactPartner Hiring Strategy : In close collaboration with company leadership, develop and drive the global strategy for Partner hiring, ensuring a consistent, high‑quality, and forward‑looking approach.End‑to‑End Partner Hiring Management : Lead and streamline the full partner recruitment cycle, including agency and headhunter management, process coordination, and reporting to company leadership.Stakeholder Management : Involve and align with stakeholders across functions and geographies related to all partner HR processes and matters, including Partners, Division Leaders, CEOs, local HR, Legal, Finance and the Board.Onboarding : Manage and monitor the onboarding process of new Partners, ensuring their smooth integration into the partnership while maintaining proper documentation.Separations & Offboarding : Manage Partner separations, ensuring compliance with policies and a structured offboarding process.Compensation & Benefits : Manage Partner salaries, including bonus calculations and payroll communication.Partner HR Policies : Manage and maintain global policies and process requests for parental leave, sabbaticals, and part‑time work for Board approval.Shareholder Processes : Continuously improve and provide operational support for Partner election, confirmation and exit processes.Evaluation & Development : Oversee and monitor Partner evaluation processes, including development and maintenance of the Partner development framework, development of learning & development programs & offerings, and maintenance of performance improvement plans.HR Data & Compliance : Maintain accurate and complete Partner HR data, ensuring employment records, contract changes, and compensation details are properly managed.Reporting : Further develop Partner HR dashboard and reports for the business leaders and the Board.Team & Process Development : Co‑lead and further develop the global Partner HR team and develop / optimize Partner HR processes across the organization.Your profileMinimum of ten years of HRBP or HR operations, esp. Talent Acquisition, experience in an international business environment, with responsibility for a target audience of senior hires.Extensive experience in HR operations across the full employee lifecycle from onboarding / offboarding, contracts, compensation, evaluations to HR legal matters and compliance, with a particular focus on Talent Acquisition strategy and end‑to‑end recruiting for Partner and senior leadership roles.Experience in professional services (consulting, law, private equity, or similar) and with a global matrix organization.Strong knowledge of HR systems (SAP Success Factors or similar) and digital collaboration tools (e.g., MS 365); basic AI and advanced data analysis skills for data management are crucial.Ability to work confidently with senior executives, delivering high‑touch, professional HR support.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with partners.Possess leadership skills that enable you to drive a high‑performing HR team by setting clear strategic direction, ensuring role clarity, and fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and collaboration.Highly organized and detail‑oriented with a service‑oriented mindset : proactive, responsive, and solutions‑driven.Adaptable and agile, comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving and hybrid / virtual environment.Strong problem‑solving skills, capable of handling complex requests independently.Fluent in English and another European language.#J-18808-Ljbffr
