Company Description

The Learning & Development Talent Consultant will support full range of consulting experiences and services to advance learning and organisational development needs, including: working in partnership to assess business needs; designing, developing and delivering learning and/or organisational development solutions aimed at achieving the desired business outcomes; and evaluating the impact of learning/organisational development solutions at the appropriate levels (individual, team and organisation).

**What you’ll do**:
Support the business as a strategic L&D Partner, working with People Business Partner and HRDs in L&D matters:
To help to understand the needs
To prepare the briefing regarding the needs of the business
To design and build learning and development solutions
To follow up on the results and measure the return on investment
Design the development programs with the business across the whole spectrum of employee segments within Adevinta.
To look after logistics and coordination of programs supported by People Operations.
Contribute to identifying the “as is” L&D processes in the countries and provide support in building the new global way of working.
Support in the change management process
