As a IT Solution Expert you will drive the transformation of IT by setting up and further development of an overarching quality level. This includes continuous improvement of processes and tools towards best in class by means of continuous improvement.
**Using your expertise, you will be responsible to develop and evolve**:
- Performs requirement engineering for IT solution enhancement and/or implements changes to IT solutions and/or executes and organizes testing and/or executes functionality deployment and/or manages IT operations.
- Translates user stories into IT requirements.
- Performs deployment of functional or technical changes.
- Runs IT operations and maintenance activities according to approved procedures, guidelines and standards.
- Implements programs and procedures for safeguarding data/information security and safety.
- Designs and documents existing and changed IT operational processes.
- Develops necessary service levels in order to fulfill business requirements.
- Performs 2nd-level user help desk activities, individual coaching and trainings.
- End to End responsibility for project / solution implementation; Ideation to Scale
- Drive Digital Innovation & Focus Topics (e.g: mendix, RPA/RDA,.net,) and serve as a cross-functional change agent across business to create and sustain a digital advantage.
- Consulting and implementation services to drive internal process digitalization through adoption of new digital solutions.
- Promote Innovation and Drive MVPs on emerging technologies.
**Use your skills to move the world forward**:
- You have successfully completed university degree in Information Technology or similar.
- Many years of experience in a complex environment, working with multinational teams across the world, managing stakeholders and organizations globally.
- Ability and proven experience to collaborate with senior / top management (consulting).
- Open minded, strong communications and presentation skills.
- Business (contract and negotiation) proficient in English; German language skills will be beneficial.
