IT Service Management Process Owner

**What part will you play?**
- In your role you are responsible for design, documentation and optimization of IT service management and project management processes (process owner)
- You will be responsible for advising, informing and training for IT/Cybersecurity staff
- You will cooperate with internal specialist departments and other Siemens/IT departments worldwide
- You will implement and automate the IT service and project management requirements in a Service Now based standard solution
- You will manage IT service providers by taking quality standards into account, including service level agreements (SLA)
- Additionally, you will support in drafting contracts, monitoring compliance with contractual rights and obligations, as well as controlling and approving supplier's project and service billing
- You will support in planning, securing and controlling the budget of the relevant IT services, considering cost transparency and forecast quality

**What you need to make real what matters.**
- You have completed a university degree in business informatics, business administration or in a comparable field
- You bring several years of practical experience and very good understanding of the ITGC as well as Service Now or Service Now based solutions
- Several years of experience with internal and external audits are desirable
- You have ITIL Foundation training and/or PMI certification (ITIL Expert certification desirable)
- Ideally, you have professional experience in IT service management or similar areas
- You are confident in using MS Office and reporting tools (Tableau) as well as in handling presentation techniques
- You are characterized by initiative, analytical skills, result orientation, strategic thinking and customer orientation
- Furthermore, you bring organizational skills and quality orientation, communication skills and the ability to adapt to changes. Intercultural experience is also desirable
- Fluent spoken and written English skills, as well as willingness to travel or flexibility for trips abroad round off your profile
