**What will be your challenge?**
- Support quality policy management.
- Shared preventive and corrective quality management.
- Shared continuous improvement
- Process Manager for Change process and Transport Management in SAP including support of Service Teams
- Support Process Manager for BTCI monitoring
- Support definition of Q-criteria and KPIs to steer IT providers
- Shared communication of quality reletaed topics within VC ERP-EU community
**Use your skills to move the world forward**
- Application knowledge (SAP, SOLMAN, KMS, JIRA, MYIT,...).
- Siemens IT methods & processes.
- Siemens Policies, Procedures and standards.
- Collaboration and Communication across Teams, Departments and Countries.
- Project Management Skills.
- ITIL basic knowledge on Incident/Problem/Change Management.
- Quality management.
- MS tools (e.g. Power BI)***
