Your mission

As People and Culture Manager, your mission is to lead Talent Acquisition, contributing to Talent Management Projects and actively building a positive and inclusive organizational culture.

**Responsibilities**:
**Talent Acquisition**:

- Spearhead the recruitment process, with a focus on acquiring top-tier talent for technical roles in our rapidly evolving organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and create compelling job descriptions.
- Manage and collaborate with external suppliers

**Talent Management Projects & Culture Building**:

- Contribute to various talent management projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement, development, and retention.
- Act as a key driver in building and promoting a positive and inclusive organizational culture.
- Develop and implement initiatives that foster employee well-being, collaboration, and a sense of belonging.

**Our ideal player**:

- Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Familiarity with HRIS and other relevant technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
- \+4 years of experience working in People & Culture, with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition within tech companies.
- Proven experience working on diverse talent management projects, demonstrating the ability to drive initiatives that positively impact organizational culture and performance.
- Previous experience in scale-up companies, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities associated with rapid growth.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both English and Spanish.
