**Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Global B2B eCommerce Product Manager that would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.**:
As the Global B2B eCommerce (known as Digital Commerce internally) Product Manager you will lead the end-to-end management and guidance of the Animal Health Digital Commerce Product for B2B customers on a global scale.

With your expertise, you will focus on the design and oversight of key solutions for the implementation of the BI Animal Health Digital Commerce Strategy, overseeing business and demand management, and becoming an integral part of our cross-functional Digital Commerce teams.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- You will govern the orchestrated development of the B2B Digital Commerce Product across multiple teams, driving & implementing clear standards to maximize customer and business value creation
- You will consult with customers and internal stakeholders who consume the Product to understand their requirements and develop a roadmap for new capabilities
- You will drive future market rollouts by coordinating with local & global cross-functional teams, to define specific implementation requirements & plans
- You will identify and drive the need for resources (Global, Regional and Local) and supports the organization in preparing for prioritized use cases to deliver on the overarching Digital Commerce strategy
- You will share your proven expertise on effective product management practices to up-skill our local business, IT and process/solution owners (e.g. S/4HANA) so as to implement highly effective Digital Commerce engagements with our business customers
- You will actively prioritize product deliveries within and between markets depending on local readiness, regulatory challenges, as well as business impact
- You will manage and evolve the product performance measurement framework, targets/benchmarks and ensure best practices on product discovery, development and operation
- You will help designing global e-commerce campaigns along with Global Campaign team to support executional excellence
- Furthermore, you ensure compliance of processes and services (e.g. GDPR).

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in Product Management, ideally in a strong, product-led organizational environment and in a Product Manager/Product Owner role
- Proven experience in eCommerce/Digital Commerce solutions (Adobe Commerce/Magento ideally, but not required)
- Good understanding of customer experience practices (e.g. customer journey mapping, persona development), as well as product discovery/dual track agile
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills, and the ability to cooperate with global Teams
- Fluent in English - verbal and written
