How you will make a difference:

- Manage complex HR issues with global based clients. Including but not limited to: Performance management, terminations, absence management, disciplinary and grievance advice, compliance and transfer of employment.
- Resolve client escalations and actively work with clients to improve engagement.
- Manage assigned client base ensure key metrics and SLAs are adhered to.
- Facilitate the processing of employment contracts, policy documentation, and handbooks to meet client needs.
- Provide guidance and advice on country legislations, employee relations matters, and key projects such as restructuring, workforce reduction, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Provide guidance and coaching to the Global HR Shared Services team on handling projects or queries.
- Identify improvement opportunities in HR processes to drive efficiency within our HR Service teams and for our clients.
- Partner with operational leadership to deliver best in class HR Services.
- Participate in different internal projects as requested

What will give you an advantage:

- Strong International HR Experience in advising on complicated Employment Relations Issues
- Background in a consultative client facing role.
- Proven track record of dealing with senior level executive leadership, up to and including C level.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences.
- Fluent in English language is essential (Other multi-language skills are a plus).
- High degree of success leading complex projects with documented plans to drive actions and achieve objectives.
- Proactive with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload in a fast paced working environment
