Role

The HR Manager will partner with leaders based in our offices in Madrid to support strategic programs, provide HR counsel and support. You will demonstrate a broad scope of knowledge and experience and contribute proactively to the planning, organization and implementation of ket HR programs. You’ll be responsible for performing a variety of human resources functions including handling of employee life cycle activities, organizational design, onboarding, learning and development, employee relations, performance management and compliance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide consultation and coaching to frontline leaders
- Partner with leaders in Spain to design and implement the appropriate structure
- Guide on talent management programs, including talent reviews and creating a high performing organization
- Improve manager capabilities through coaching and implementation of management development programs
- Analyze data, understand trends, and develop proactive solutions to further support business objectives
- Provide HR counsel and a full range of generalist services to the organization within the HR operations model
- Monitor and provide support to the business during annual processes such as performance reviews, calibrations, employee survey action planning, and compensation administration
- Complete ad-hoc projects, reporting and tasks as required with cross-functional teams working on or leading projects.

**Requirements**:

- 10+ years of experience in HR with at least 7 years as an HRBP
- A minimum of 5 years as an HRBP supporting growing teams and executive level leadership is required.
- Experience working in a fast paced, global and matrixed organization
- Qualifications:

- Ability to build out and administer new HR initiatives
- Demonstrated experience in facilitation, presentation and negotiation skills
- Detail and goal oriented, flexibility to to deal with multiple and changing priorities while focused on customer service
- Excellent problem solving and organizational acumen
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Confidence in handling ambiguity
- Knowledge and understanding of employment legislation, and the ability to translate this into practical advice for all of Ouro
