**Problem Integrity Operations Manager, Global Operations Responsibilities**:
- Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of your team, including Managers and/or individual contributors
- Lead and enable a high-performing team to deliver on goals by providing superb 1:1 support, and enabling deeper, more scalable solutions
- Shape team strategy and vision, establish team goals and work with direct reports and leaders across the organization on strategies for executing, measuring progress and sharing results
- Be able to effectively zoom in and out to address near term business needs as well as setting a long-term strategy for your business areas
- Understand top abuse concerns and other quality or customer insight data, and support your team in making recommendations to improve our product, policies, and procedures to keep the platform safe
- Directly manage large projects and coordinate across all stakeholders (internal and external) as needed to ensure the right execution, communication and resources are in place to deliver against key milestones
- Address sensitive content issues, including but not limited to graphic images, videos and text, offensive or derogatory language, and other objectionable material
- Build strategic relationships with global cross-functional teams to implement next-generation community experiences through process, policy and product improvements
- Communicate process, policy and product concepts effectively to leadership, business and cross-functional partners
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Demonstrated experience working with product engineering or technical teams, influencing across functional boundaries or across the globe
- Project management / process improvement background
- Self-starting, intellectually curious and creative individual comfortable operating in ambiguity
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Domain Experience: experience working in large-scale operations in domains such as online operations, information systems, analytics, product, risk management or management consulting
- Leadership: people management experience in a complex fast-paced environment, with proven track record of attracting, scaling and developing teams
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative complex problem-solving skills
- Must be comfortable working with highly sensitive, graphic content
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in a Trust & Safety, Risk Ops or Investigations
- Understanding of Safety, content moderation and a strong operations background
