Front Office Supervisor

We are seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to help manage our reception area, ensure visitors receive a warm welcome, and coordinate all front desk activities, including calls, reservations, and guest services.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a shift manager or supervisor for a minimum of 2 years.
- Proficiency in the Opera hotel management system
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written). A third language is a plus
- Fluency in MS Office (especially Word and Excel)
- Knowledge of the tools Marriott uses daily
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Problem-solving skills
