The **Media, Brand Experience & Partnerships** department offers brands and retailers the opportunity to leverage the traffic and media strength of the Group’s shopping centers to increase their visibility and revenue. To achieve this, the Media, Brand Experience & Partnerships team focuses on:
**Marketing promotional spaces for brands** (experiential, in-situ communication, online communication). **Enhancing DOOH and OOH advertising networks** and unique advertising formats (Digital Dream, Iconic Digital Signature, CNIT facade, etc.).

**What will your day-to-day life be like?**
The Brand Partnership Manager will actively contribute to business development and revenue generation by creating innovative, productive, and sustainable activation opportunities for advertisers and their media, creative, and event agencies. This role primarily emphasizes URW partnerships with brands, combining online and offline media assets, event spaces, retail services, and sponsorship.
In this context, your main missions are as follows:
- Negotiation with leading brands and agencies, creating ad-hoc offers to maximize their investment in URW malls.
- Creation of innovative solutions for brand and agencies’ challenges, stimulating and influencing them to create memorable media & activations in our malls.
- Development of strong relationships with brands or agencies to deploy experiences, events, and media investment in long-term.
- Keeps a good pipeline of deals to guarantee the achievement of the challenging commercial objectives.
- Complete sales cycle with a significant focus on prospecting.
- Follow up the sales, controlling all income and expenses, being responsible for the results.
- Manage forecast and budget processes, actively participating in the reporting periods.
**Position based in Madrid (Spain).**

**How to succeed in this position (soft skills + hard skills)?**
**Must have**:
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business.
- You have minimum 4 years of experience as a salesperson or in managing marketing sponsorship projects.
- You have a strong interest in business development (prospecting).
- You have experience in media, events, or digital agencies, recognized skills for pitching and creating sales material: knowledge of advertising campaigns, special operations, media plans, and activation programs.
- You possess a blend of external and internal commercial, strategic, and analytical qualities.
- You’re comfortable with commercial pressure and a fast-paced commercial environment.
- You are curious and can propose innovative and creative action plans.
- You thrive in agile environments and can work in project mode.
- You enjoy making offers accessible and delivering quality presentations.
- You are comfortable with Excel and other financial reporting tools.
- ** English & Spanish proficiency.**
**Nice to have**:
- French proficiency.
