**What you will do**:
- You will assure customer service and NPS
- You take on responsibility for overseeing the daily operations of the external BPO provider for the front
- and back-office
- You will monitor the external BPO provider and implement customer service indicators and objectives
- You will report the front
- and back-office service
- You will be responsible for the customer satisfaction indicators and related action plans to improve it
**What you bring & who you are**:
- You have a University degree, preferably in Digital Transformation
- You bring 7+ years of experience in customer service
- You have experience in B2B service operations
- You have three years of experience in a supervisory position
- You have process knowledge of Customer Care with the ability to draw insights and propose improvements
- You have experience in using and planning omnichannel contact-center platforms
