The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Customer Service Representative (M/F/*) for Medical Surgery business, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Managing Spanish customer relationships via telephone and other correspondence, including responding to customer enquiries and difficult complaints._- Assisting customers with product & delivery issues in the areas of recalls, returned goods, proof of delivery and freight claims._- Providing service and support through utilizing SAP for order entry, order management, order status updates, product enquiries, and pricing queries. Ensuring all transactions meet required compliance standards and defined Service Level Agreements at all times._- Participating in all company initiatives eg daily tier reviews, team meetings, training as well as completing all compliance and EHS courses as required._- Liaising with the business on customer relationship management utilizing Salesforce functionalities._- Collaborating with all internal stakeholders to ensure customer queries are resolved in a timely manner e.g Marketing, Pricing Operations, Supply chain, Customer Financial Services and the eProcurement team._
Your Skills and Expertise- Customer Service work experience_- Fluent in Spanish to communicate with customers and proficiency to communicate fluently in written and spoken English, Portuguese would be an advantage._- Good written & verbal communication skills_- A degree level education is preferred._- Strong problem-solving skills, ownership and an ability to work as part of a team._- Organizational skills are key in the fast-paced customer environment._- Ability to manage change including quickly adapting to new systems and processes._
