DESCRIPCIÓN

Busquem un IT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, un perfil tecnològic vinculat al 100% a negoci i capaç d’entendre les necessitats operatives per desenvolupar els projectes necessaris i contribuir a millorar el performance de negoci escollint les eines necessàries.

Funcions:

- Estar al dia de les novetats en tecnologia, innovació i tendències de mercat i del sector
- Centralitzar el coneixement tecnològic per impulsar les evolucions necessàries
- Detecció d’ineficiències per manualitats i detecció de potencials processos que puguin ser automatitzats
- Experiència en implementació de tecnologies d’e-Commerce
- Project Management i metodologies de treball Agile

Reponsabilitats:

- Responsable del mapa de sistemes
- Responsable d’impulsar millores funcionals del BI (avui BOARD)
- Responsable d’impulsar millores funcionals del DMS/ERP (avui Quiter)
- Responsable d’impulsar millores funcionals en aplicatius de negoci (Narobial, DF Server, etc.)
- Responsable d’impulsar millores funcionals del CRM Marques (avui Imaweb)
- Responsable d’impulsar millores funcionals de la Web
- Responsable d’impulsar millores funcionals i definició d’integracions i API’s, RPA’s i web crawlers de Negoci
- Membre del Comitè de RGPD
- Responsable de suport aplicatius
- Responsable tecnològic de la definició de desenvolupaments vinculats a negoci
- Desenvolupament tecnològic d’Aplicacions
- Desenvolupament d’eines tecnològiques de Webs conjuntament amb Sistemes
- Responsable d’Innovació tecnològica:

- Visió de negoci per poder buscar les millors solucions tecnològiques del mercat i proposar proactivament la seva adopció
- Generar un ecosistema de treball focalitzat en tecnologia que doni suport a negoci (business partner)
- Expertise en metodologies Agile que busquin la ràpida execució dels projectes definits
- Gestió, motivació i desenvolupament de l’equip de IT
- Interlocució amb els equips de tecnològica de les marques i membre dels comitès de tecnologia de cada marca
- Coordinació de l’equip de desenvolupament de projectes
- Col-laboració amb les DG’s en la confecció del pressupost d’IT

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS
- Formació Universitària, màster o postgrau en Informàtica, Telecomunicacions o similars
- Experiència mínima de 5 anys en posició similar
- Experiència en sectors d'alta capilaritat com retail
- Experiència en gestió de projectes d'integració
- Experiència i gestió de CRM, eCommerce
- Gestió d'equip
- Habilitats comercials i communicatives
- Experiência en projectes de desenvolupament molt orientat al negoci
