This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with global business stakeholders and ensure the delivery of high‑quality, secure, and innovative applications.What You’ll DoLead, Mentor, and Manage a Team : of 20+ developers across full‑stack technologies including Angular, Node.js, and Python, while promoting a culture of engineering excellence through code reviews, secure coding practices, defect reduction, and continuous improvement.Own Security and Compliance : Take full responsibility for the organization’s development security posture, ensuring alignment with best practices and audit requirements. Represent the development team in security vulnerability remediation meetings, providing regular updates and a clear strategic roadmap for resolution.Establish DevOps/DevSecOps Pipelines : Enable automated, secure deployments and implement tools for vulnerability detection and mitigation.Drive Technical Strategy and Innovation : Facilitate technical discussions and planning sessions to align development efforts with business goals. Prepare and maintain the product technical roadmap, including version and technology upgrades.Analyze Metrics and Optimize Performance : Use development data such as quality, velocity, and defect trends to identify areas for improvement and support data‑driven decision‑making.Align Technical Solutions with Business Needs : Understand and map business processes and flows to ensure technical solutions meet stakeholder expectations.
