**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a **Governance and Conduct Associate (Senior Analyst) **, you will contribute actively to the management of Corporate and Investment Banking risks. The role requires extensive knowledge of the Corporate and Investment Banking business, especially of market products and processes.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Participate in strategic global projects aimed to improve the supervision of the trading activity by Markets Desk Heads and Control Teams
- Design new controls for Markets Trading Desk Mandates
- Support Markets team by proactively preventing non-authorized trading
- Define and ensure the embeddedness of the global Guidelines related to trading controls and conduct within local CIB units
- Provide Operational Risk advisory to local CIB units.
- Collaborate in the implementation of the SCIB Conduct Target Operating Model
- Coordinate with 2LOD the implementation of the global escalation guidelines related to Conduct Breaches

EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of experience in Corporate and Investment Banking, Compliance, Operational Risk or Internal Audit
- Familiarity with investment banking business, products and financial principles and practices
- Strong risk management background

EDUCATION
- Bachelor Business Administration / Economics / Engineering / Law

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Knowledge in Financial Markets and Risk Management.
- Extensive knowledge of Banking and SCIB products, both front office and support areas.
- Ability to work and reach satisfactory agreements and find practical solutions for SCIB with all its stakeholders in different geographies and functions (including Business, IA and Risk)
- Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing with strong inter-personal skills
- Executive reporting capabilities
- High level of English
- Good office knowledge, including Excel and PowerPoint
