Data Management & Governance Sr. Analyst

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

Santander Universidades is looking for a Sr. Analyst, that will incorporate to the Control & Financial team that, among others, ensures the exact and correct value of the metrics at Santander Universidades by implementing controls and analysing series and is also responsible of the division reporting process.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a member of the Control & Financial Team you will control the division’s financial and non-financial data governance and collection process.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Supporting the definition, implementation, and further development of universities-specific metrics
- Identifying and mitigating risks as well as implementing improvements in potential areas detected
- With focus in automatising and digitalising tasks and processes
- Participation in monthly closing, budget and strategic planning processes
- Also, ad-hoc requests or complex issues, preparing presentations, recommendations for management decisions and supporting the implementation of strategic projects regarding metrics

**EXPERIENCE**

7+ years of professional experience in in the financial services sector or consultancy, with focus in data management. Experience in audit big four is a plus.

**EDUCATION**

Successfully completed Business studies, Engineer, Physics or Mathematics

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Strong analytical skills and data-oriented thinking
- High team orientation and strong communication skills
- Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel and Power Point) and experience in working with databases
- SQL / VBA knowledge and PowerBI are a must
- High level of English
- Presentation skills desired
