**QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO
Como **Data Management Reporting **, tu objetivo será dentro de la Tribu de Finanzas, liderar los proyectos asignados planificando y ejecutando los desarrollos de los aplicativos con reporte a tu responsable directo.

Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:

- Controlar y gestionar que los requerimientos de los usuarios se ejecutan por tu equipo de desarrollo de la forma óptima, generando sinergias en la re-utilización de las piezas ya construidas.
- Trasladar a tu equipo de desarrollo las directrices y soluciones de cómo se deben desarrollar los procesos que se necesitarán construir.
- Colaborar en la relación con los diferentes stakeholders involucrados: Usuarios de Capital, Liquidez, FINREP, etc.
- Dentro de tu squad de desarrollo gestionar la priorización del backlog y las tareas que se soliciten, resolviendo bloqueos que se puedan producir, facilitando el desempeño del equipo, etc.
- Colaborar en la optimización del nível de servicio de las aplicaciones de Reporting Regulatorio, identificar focos de problemas o incidencias y lanzar desarrollos para su resolución.
- Simplificar el end-to-end de los procesos de Reporting Regulatorio.

EXPERIENCIA
- Al menos 4 años de experiência en funciones de generación y definición de Reporting Regulatorio y participación en proyectos tecnológicos en Grupo Santander.

EDUCACIÓN
- Estudios superiores preferentemente de Informática o doble grado informática y ADE.

HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOS
- Experiência en generación, desarrollo y conocimiento funcional en Reporting Regulatorio (FINREP, COREP, LIQUIDEZ, ESG, etc) y contabilidad.
