**Santander Alternative Investments is looking for a Data Management Analyst Alternatives based in our Boadilla del Monte office.**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a **Data Management Analyst Alternatives, **you will manage the maintenance of the data masters (securities, portfolios, users) and other system configurations, maintain the interfaces and reporting modules, and support the Investment, Risk&Compliance and rest of Middle Office teams and resolve the incidences generated by using every possible tool in Santander Alternative Investments (SAI).

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Maintenance of the data masters, workflows, and other configurations of the Alternatives Front Office system across all Systems. Investigate issues and attend user inquiries related to data masters, workflows and other configurations.
- Maintenance and implementation of new reports.
- Monitorization and troubleshooting of incidents related to input and output data interfaces between SAI internal and external systems.
- Maintenance and developments required in the technical modules and interfaces.
- Participate in projects and enhancements of the current processes

EXPERIENCE
- Our new Operational Alternative client analyst support should have have track records of outstanding professional performance for more than 1 years in the clients area of an Alternative management company.

EDUCATION

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Mixed profile that combines a functional knowledge of the Alternative business and technical skills.
- Knowledge of the eFront (BlackRock) system will be desire but not necessary.
- Experience in performing data management tasks and monitorization and enhancement of data interfaces and processes.
- Good knowledge of capital markets and financial products, with stressed importance on the alternatives business.
- Highly organized and able to work to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities under significant time pressures.
- Proactive, strong reasoning and problem-solving skills, able to develop pragmatic solutions to complex problems.
- Confidence to lead small projects and collaborate with supervisors in larger projects.
- Knowledge of running queries in databases and excel macros.
