**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

We are looking for an experienced **Middle Office Analyst **to manage the end to end of the operational cycle for this new Products. The launch of the alternative Fund business in SAM requires an operational support with specific knowledge. Present Middle Office team requires the reinforcement of staff with an experienced person that can perform these new operational tasks for this new SAM business.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Perform all operational activities concerning fund capital calls, distributions to investors, etc. linked with the Clients dealing process. Follow up, coordinate and oversight all the processes with the Fund Administrator.
- Follow up and coordinate the investment activity in the fund with external Fund Administrator and Custodian, sending cash payment instructions. Liaise the portfolio managers of the fund.
- Review of all the contractual fees invoices from external Providers for the services of Fund Admin, Custody and TA.
- Coordinate the payment of all invoices from external vendors with the Fund Admin.
- Invoicing control, fees/ budgets review and coordination with Fund Administrator.
- Fund Accounting (IFRS9 and Lux Gaap) and Tax (Spain and Luxembourg).
- Review and update of the SLAs for the outsourced back-offices.
- Participation in internal and external projects.
- Project management for the launch of new structures.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

EXPERIENCE
- +3 years of experience.

EDUCATION

Required

Desired
- International qualification such as CFA or CAIA is a plus.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Fluent in English.
- Excel and data base systems.
