**SCIB **is looking for a **SALES (CIB & ASSET MANAGEMENT) ANALYST **based on our **Boadilla del Monte **office.

You will join a team in charge to boost no Business as Usual/Special Opportunities across Institucional and corporate CIB clients at Markets Iberia.
You will have the opportunity to learn a wide diversity of CIB clients/transactions from different industries and with different necessities, with great variety of investment styles and motivations.
You will get a unique vision of SAN CIB, and their main products; Markets, Trading, Project Finance, GTB, PDM, Admission Risk
You will have the opportunity to participate/collaborate in the whole process, to detect opportunities, elaborate and present pitches, collaborate to present it to committees and execute it from an end-to-end perspective with clients and external advisors; Legal, tax, accounting...
The work will be intense, but interesting since every transaction will be different to the previous one letting you to build up yourself as a professional in touch with best practice in markets
**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
You will be supporting the team boosting not Business as Usual transactions across CIB Institucional and Corporate clients at Markets Iberia. You will reinforce the analytic and execution capacities of the team.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
- Helping the team during the whole process of the transaction:
- Helping to identify opportunities
- Support the team on structuring, analysing, and studying transactions, working on cash flow modelling, sizing and optimize different transactions
- Prepare pitching materials to win mandates
- Work on rating agency data or analytical requirements, investors data packs, due diligence/investor presentations and external e internal legal advisors
- Review of transaction documents
- The team will promote new products and initiatives including ESG implementation. You will use Synthetic transfer exposition products,
- Take the lead of every task and/or process you be appointed
**WHAT YOU´LL BRING?**
- You shall be a highly motivated professional willing to Build up your experience and knowledge with different types of products, trades, and clients.

- You must like creativity and to have a “can-do” and a Delivery on time/client-oriented attitude
- Strong analytic Skills, attention to detail and ability to produce consistently high-quality deliverables
- Well-developed presentational and business writing skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks with limited supervision (Ability to work independently)
- Excellent verbal communication and influence skills, and ability to work effectively as a team
**EXPERIENCE**
- A minimum of 3 years of Experience in Banking/finance, credit (Origination and/or Syndicate), Markets, Product Development, M&A, Auditing, Private Equity, investment departments or Strategic Consultancy
- Strong experience in the Risk Assessment of a broad range of transactions and structures covering various asset classes
- In-depth knowledge of modelling techniques
- Also, the following skills would be a plus:
- Knowledge of swap and rates business will be a plus
- Knowledge of Vehicles and Synthetic exposition transferences
- Elements of pricing, legal doc review and an understanding of credit, markets,
- Good understanding of Bond and Loans related ancillary business products
**EDUCATION**
- Degree in Engineering, Science, Economics, Mathematics
- Other finance background (CFA and/or MBA) is highly valued
- MIFID advisory certificate or similar will be a plus
- Languages: Fluent in English; Spanish and any other language are optional and a plus.
