**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

**Middle Office Data Management Analyst**

The Global Operations team ensures the end-to-end operational activities to complete the investment cycle until the NAV is published: from the Middle Office team to the Back Office Team.

The Team has gone through a transformation in the last 2 years in where our aim is to share best practices, synergies and knowledge across all SAM units, so that the information and ways of working are homogeneous and consistent.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Maintenance of the data masters in the global Front Office system, Aladdin, to ensure the proper operations of the system:

- Security master
- Portfolios and portfolio groups
- Users, user groups and permissions
- Investigate issues and attend user inquiries when they are related to the setups mentioned above.
- Monitorization and troubleshooting of incidents related to input and output data interfaces between Aladdin and other SAM internal and external systems.
- Elaboration of monthly dashboards and reporting of the Data Management team.
- Participate in projects and enhancements of the current processes.
- Follows up the internal departmental score card, embedded in the Global Middle Office Department governance.
- Elaboration of DDR to cover new developments.

EDUCATION

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Needs to prove that he/she has performed data management tasks and also has been involved in the monitorization and enhancement of data interfaces and processes.
- Good knowledge of capital markets and financial products, with stressed importance on the LATAM geographical area.
- Highly organized and able to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities under significant time pressures.
- Proactive, strong reasoning and problem-solving skills, able to develop pragmatic solutions to complex problems.
- Confidence to lead small projects and collaborate with supervisors in larger projects
- Able to lead new members joining the team

EXPERIENCE

Our Middle Office Data Management Analyst typically have track records of outstanding professional performance or academic achievement for more than 2 years, along with excellent knowledge of Data Management processes, analytical skills and financial skills as well as strong communication skills.
