**SGT&O is looking for a DATA MANAGEMENT & GOVERNANCE MANAGER based in our BOADILLA DEL MONTE office.**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As **Data Management and Governance Manager **you will lead the implementation of data governance strategy in SCIB, defining the overall guidelines and governance tools for data management and monitoring their implementation, coordinating their alignment with the Group strategy, and ensuring the fulfillment of all regulatory obligations around data.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Execution of data governance processes for all SCIB data including ESG ones: data quality, dictionary, traceability and certification.
- Definition and implementation of data governance model, policies and processes in SCIB for the storage, access and use of data, and monitor their execution and performance.
- Definition and implementation of all the data management tooling suite (data quality, data governance, data store).
- Coordinate data management and governance requests and regulatory exercises with internal SCIB areas, the corporation and other geographies and branches.
- Manage and lead the implementation of internal audit recommendations around data.
- Collaboration and coordination with the rest SCIB CDO teams to ensure the implementation of governance processes.
- Collaboration and coordination with Group stakeholders: Group CDO, internal audit, compliance and risk functions.
- Execute Global Standards exercise for data.

EXPERIENCE
- 10+ years of experience in large change programs, particularly for data projects.
- Proven experience in data management and governance activities, policies and strategy.
- Strong understanding of data governance and management processes and their impact in the Bank strategy.
- Proven experience in providing a competitive strategy with timely priorities and in communicating the strategy convincingly to senior management.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Data governance tools, processes and governance.
- Deep knowledge of data lake platform and architecture.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
