Business Intelligence Associate

**JOB SUMMARY**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Intelligence Associate to join our commercial team within the digital payments sector. This role will play a critical part in providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to drive strategic decision-making and optimize business performance.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and key insights related to sales performance, customer behavior, and market dynamics.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders within the commercial team and across the organization.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to understand business objectives and provide data-driven insights to support strategic initiatives, including pricing optimization, customer segmentation, and product development.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and threats within the digital payments landscape.
- Develop and maintain forecasting models and predictive analytics to anticipate market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
- Monitor performance against forecasts and provide recommendations for adjustments to sales strategies and resource allocation.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency by establishing and maintaining data governance processes and standards. Work closely with IT and data engineering teams to optimize data infrastructure and implement data quality controls.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics is a plus.
- Proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related roles within the digital payments industry or a similar sector.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for data extraction, analysis, and visualization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
