**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a Conduct & Reputational Risk VP, you will be part of Global Conduct & Reputational risk team within the Compliance & Conduct function at SCIB. Reporting to the Global Head of Conduct & Reputational risk for SCIB, the Conduct & Reputational risk SME will provide senior support to BaU activities and the build out/enhancement of SCIB global conduct and reputational risk framework. This will include the provision of 2nd line advice, challenge and oversight, as well as supporting the design and delivery of the strategic objectives of the team and the wider Global SCIB compliance & conduct agenda

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Act as an escalation point for conduct and reputational risk matter arising in SCIB globally
- Senior Support in building SCIB global conduct and Reputational risk management framework
- 2nd line advise, challenge and oversight.
- Transactional review, assessment and validation of SCIB deal activity globally.
- ESG 2nd line compliance SME and representation within SCIB
- Support to 1st and 2nd line teams globally in relation to conduct and reputational risk matters.
- Committee engagement and participation. Preparation of materials for submission into group risk committees and fora
- Senior business and risk stakeholder management and engagement.
- Global Conduct and reputational risk Training preparation and delivery.
- Provision and support of MI.
- Participate in wider implementation projects within the SCIB Division as relevant SME for conduct and reputational risk.
- Mentor and develop more junior members of the team
- Deputise for the Global Head of Conduct & Reputational risk as required

EXPERIENCE

Required
- 7+ years of experience in a regulatory compliance role with significant exposure to conduct and reputational risk matters relevant to an investment banking organization
- Experience across multiple regions and jurisdictions.

Desirable
- ESG compliance experience
- Compliance advisory experience (inc conduct/reputational)
- Experience from a recognized CIB organization.

EDUCATION
- Degree level

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Strong product knowledge of Corporate and Investment Banking: Global Markets, Global Transaction Banking, Global Debt Finance, Banking & Corporate Finance.
- Expert knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English.
