**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

En el área de Risk & Compliance Strategy, CCO Office tu misión será identificar, definir y ejecutar los proyectos definidos desde la gestión de la estrategia de riesgos y de cumplimiento, y de la oficina del CCO del Grupo (Proyectos estratégicos de transformación, eventos, presentaciones para Comités Ejecutivos,...) y para conseguir que la función alcance sus objetivos estratégicos.

Como Risk & Compliance Strategy Director te responsabilizarás de:

- Gestionar proyectos relacionados a la estrategia y a la transformación de las funciones de cumplimiento y de riesgos para los CCO y CRO del Grupo, así como realizar presentaciones para cualquier foro (Juntas, Comités Ejecutivos,...) o grupos de interés externos.
- Coordinar, entregar peticiones con los equipos de factores de riesgos, o externas (reguladores, Costes, HR, IA etc...)
- Definir los business case / target operating model futuros, las analices de costes / beneficios, presupuestos, dependencias y implantar en consecuencia o coordinar implantación/ seguimiento de progreso.

Qué buscamos:
Formación universitaria. Preferencia en Administración de Empresas / gestión de datos

Experiência de 8-10 años en consultoría, gestión de proyecto, estrategia y/o transformación. Risk and / or Compliance basic background.

Inglés avanzado.

Conocimiento básicos de estructuración de presentaciones en word/ ppt y de la industria financiera (procesos claves de crédito, de los riesgos non financieros (incl aml y conducta), uso de aplicaciones informáticas básicas (Excel, PowerPoint)
