WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As an Institutional Clients - Cross Asset Sales, you will be responsible for the coverage of Institutional clients in Germany and other Central Europe countriesrole description

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Engage with clients in their Fixed Income activities. Understand their investment objectives and strategies
- Explain Santander Fixed Income products and services to Investors so that Santander can help them in executing their investment strategies
- Execute or facilitate seamless execution of Fixed Income Trades (Bonds and Derivatives)
- Work with Management to develop client and product strategies
- Work with internal products to promote new products that can better help Santander Clients
- We are looking for someone who enjoys “fast market” and Flow business; a dynamic, proactive team player who can work in a team covering a large number of clients

EXPERIENCE
- Between 4-10 years of experience as Institutional Fixed Income Sales

EDUCATION
- Degree in Economics, Maths, Engineering or similar. Masters, Phd Welcome but not neccessary

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- English and German are a must. Other languages welcome
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Programming knowledge would be very welcome, especially Python, R or similar
- Knowledge and experience in Computer Science, Big Data and Artificial Intelligence applied to Banking is also beneficial
