**WHAT WILL YOU DO**

Oversee Evaluate information related to financial markets, analyses impact of price movement and market risk in order to achieve the best possible outcome - works quickly and accurately to produce competitive prices.

Oversee overall team´s communication with clients and internal stake holders to align trading objectives.

Oversee team´s trade execution and the communication of transactions clients or supervisors

Lead a group of traders and oversees the achievement of customer requests around a dynamic market.

Manage the client relationships; react to a fast changing market. Seeks and Creates new relationships and networks with internal and external clients.

Develop, execute strategies and Coordinate the implementation of new products.

**EXPERIENCE**
- **4-5 years full experience as equity derivatives trader **.

**EDUCATION**
- A **high general level of education **is required**:Bachelor **is **required **, STEM profile

**SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Visual Basic, Matlab, Phyton
