**Your Responsibilities - What You’ll Do**
- Advise customers on our products and services, offering purchase recommendations.
- Process orders with care, ensuring smooth handling and accurate follow-up.
- Maintain customer data in our database.
- Support shipment tracking.
- Communicate with wineries to ensure seamless order processing.
**Your Profile - What You Bring**
- Relevant professional qualification in retail, customer service, or a related field.
- First experience in sales, order processing, and customer support by phone.
- Service mindset and enthusiasm for selling.
- Strong communication skills and organizational talent.
- Solution-oriented and a real team player.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English - Spanish, Italian, or another language would be a plus.
