We are seeking a highly personable and customer-focused Team mate to support our customer success team in delivering exceptional service and ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes.

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with our valued customers and build strong relationships to understand their needs and goals.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to onboard new customers, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation process.
- CRM management (Microsoft Dynamics knowledge is a plus)
- Participate in customer success initiatives such as customer satisfaction surveys, analyzing feedback, and proposing improvement strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales and Product, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer-centric improvements.
- B2B Operational Support - Stay close to our partners in clearing payment issues, cancellation booking processes and any other relevant operational process that needs our guidance or assistance.

**We are waiting for you**
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Support.
- Academic background in Business, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Fluent ability to speak English.
- Proactive attitude with a genuine passion for helping customers succeed.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- A positive and adaptable mindset, eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic work environment.
